Motivatorisch verwende ich, um auszudrücken, dass etwas nicht unbedingt motivieren muss, also motivierend ist, sondern dass es Motive zu bieten hat.
Ich kann auch nichts dafür, dass dieses Wort es nicht in den Duden geschafft hat.
Damit hängt "motovatorisch" dem Wort "unkaputtbar" einen Karriereschritt hinterher. ;-)
