Hallo liebe Leute.
Ich würde gerne diesen Aufsatz in einem Forum zeigen. Da ich aber einige Probleme mit meinem Englisch habe würde ich gerne wissen, ob die Gramatik richtig ist.

I have interesting IEF Problems in some of my gels.
Every time when I make a 2D run of 6 gels, some of those are streaking in the horizontal near the cup loading area.
Each run has material of the same extraction, so that my variability is due to technical variation. My samples are European Beech leafs and roots and I use 24 cm pH 4-7 drystrips from GE.
I think this smearing comes from my sample proteins. Perhaps they precipitate or get stuck within the first few cm of the strip because of the IEF conditions.

My IEF conditions were:

IPGPhor 20°C 50 µA per Strip. Cup loading at the cathode end.

Loaded protein: 50µg
300v ⌐ 0,9 KVs
600v / 1,5 KVhs
1000v / 2,4 KVhs
8000v ⌐ 13,5 KVhs
8000v ⌐ 36,7 KVhs

Any suggestions how I can solve this problem?
Should I change my IEF conditions?
