In diesem Satz liegt ein zusammengesetztes Prädikat vor: „war … blind“.
„blind“ ist also ein Prädikatsbestandteil.
Anders formuliert: „war“ (als Kopulaverb) und „blind“ bilden hier das Prädikat. „blind“ ist allein betrachtet das Prädikativ[um]* zum Subjekt.
„auf einem Auge“ = lokale adverbiale Bestimmung Präpositionalobjekt
