Inwiefern siehst du da einen Unterschied? Wenn »auf einem Auge« zu »blind« gehört und sich nur beides zusammen auf »sie« bezieht, dann gehört beides auch syntaktisch zusammen und »auf einem Auge« ist folglich kein eigenständiges Satzglied, sondern Attribut zu »blind«!
