/als aʊ̯x/ sollte für die Aussprache von als auch stehen (Buchstaben aus dem Internationalen Phonetischen Alphabet; falls das ʊ̯ nicht korrekt angezeigt wird: ein Hufeisen-u mit untergesetztem Bogen) und âllß auuh ist bloß ein erfundenes Beispiel für eine falsche Schreibweise, weiter nichts.
Auf die Formulierung «dreimal größer» würde ich übrigens überhaupt verzichten, da nicht angegeben wird, UM WIE VIEL größer. «Dreimal so groß» würde heißen: so groß und (zusätzlich) noch einmal so groß und (zusätzlich) noch einmal so groß. Die Größe ist demnach das Dreifache. «Dreimal größer» würde analog heißen: größer und noch einmal größer und noch einmal größer. Tja, aber um wie viel denn? Besser wäre «um das Dreifache größer». Oder einfach «viermal so groß».
