Als Leser danke ich dem Autor an dieser Stelle für das Komma.
So schön es sein mag, dann ist es kein "gescheiter" Satz, mir fehlt dann einfach das Prädikat. Ich bleibe jedenfalls durch das Komma beim Lesen an der falschen Stelle hängen, was zu einer falschen Betonung führt. O.k., man kann auch schon vor dem Ende des Satzes weiterdenken, muss man ja inzwischen häufig.
